"Fab operation and Occupational therapy"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

A metal disc went into my hand in an accident recently, the surgeon was absolutely fabulous as were the staff and occupational therapists on Ward 2a, Gillian and Karen helped enormously.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear librarb53,

Ouch, that sounds sore, it sounds like something I could do.

I am so pleased you were looked after well. I will pass your lovely post to the Orthopaedics team and the OTs, Gillian and Karen. I am sure this will make their day.

Thank you for taking time to share this with us on Care Opinion,

take care,

Eunice
