"I felt reassured and confident"

I was delighted to find I could fill out a self referral to the Podiatry Service.

It was easy to do and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a letter the next week asking me to make an appointment. I’m sorry I can’t remember who I spoke to at central booking but she was extremely helpful and I only waited a few weeks to see Fiona in Cupar at a time that suited me perfectly. My half hour with Fiona resulted in the ideal outcome! She listened to me and made me feel part of the process. Her explanations were clear and I felt reassured and confident throughout.  

We made an appointment the very next day (wow! ) for nail surgery with Jenny and Tracy. Again I was so impressed and appreciative of their calm, thorough preparation, their explanations and efficient confidence. I was completely relaxed throughout. I left feeling so well looked after. I hope you will pass on my grateful thanks to these ladies and their manager.
