"Hearing aid batteries"

No longer will the reception desk offer to supply new batteries.

This makes life a tad difficult, I am disabled and it is a long walk for me from car park to the Auidiology dept.

Any chance of the front desk to continue this service?

Dear Diana,

Thank you for your posting and I am sorry that you are experiencing problems when obtaining new batteries. I have been in touch with our Business and Administration Manager at the Hearing and Balance Service. Unfortunately, the main reception desk will no longer be able to supply batteries.

Please give us a call on 0300 365 6222 and we will be happy to post the batteries to you.

I hope that this helps. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me. Alternatively, you could contact your local Healthwatch organisation for assistance. Contact details can be found on our website; www.berkshirehealthcare.nhs.uk

Kind Regards,
