(as a service user),

I accompanied my son to A and E at VHK last week after he injured his arm and I found all the staff ( the receptionist, nurse, the doctor Jules, the x ray staff and the plaster technician Ian) extremely helpful and professional. They are credit to the NHS. They kept us informed of all that was happening and were very efficient and compassionate.

Cant wait to go back!!
