Would prefer to have one to one as I don't feel comfortable with group chats. All information was given, was ok.

That is fine, speak to your worker as we offer both groups and 1:1. Have a go at groups as they can be very beneficial and many people report that they make a huge difference. Why not work with your worker to get yourself prepared. Either way the support is there for you.
