I just wanted to take the time to give some positive feedback to two lovely ladies in your MRI scanning department. I came in a couple of weeks ago for an MRI scan, I was incredibly nervous. The centre was extremely busy, both ladies were rushed off their feet. But they were both were so warm and friendly to every single patient, including me. They both really put me at ease and went a long way to alleviate my anxieties. Watching these ladies at work demonstrated what amazing staff you employ - as I said they were so busy but they appeared to take it all in their stride and displayed 1st class customer service. They are a credit to your hospital. Please pass on my gratitude to them.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I will forward your response onto our MRI team, and I know that they will be delighted to receive such positive feedback on their services.

We are holding a patient forum on Friday 2nd March at 1pm if you would like to attend.

We are keen to learn about the areas we need to improve as a hospital as well as the areas we do well.
