I attended RSCH A&E Department after falling on my shoulder the night before. From the moment that I arrived until the time that I was discharged all of the staff were kind, friendly and courteous. The waiting room was packed and I had taken a book to read so was quite happy to wait. In the end, it wasn't very long.
From then I was processed efficiently from triage to Xray and finally to the doctor, who showed me my Xrays and explained my injury and what I needed to do look after it. He was very funny and joked about his ability to do a collar and cuff sling. I wish that I had taken note of his name. I was asked to do a survey sent in on my phone, which gave me on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the highest rating and 5 the lowest, I rated it a 1. Usually, 5 is the highest and this could be confusing.
