Distressing procedure

"Distressing procedure"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

I didn't like the procedure this time as I was fully awake and aware of everything. The tube was administered  almost immediately and therefore I found it very distressing.

I request that the woman who performed the first procedure do it again.
