"Terrible surgery"

About: Cambridge Medical Group

Me and my family had been at this surgery for around 45 years. Myself had been here for 34 years. It was a lovely surgery right up till the new doctors took over. My doctor was a very good doctor and when she left, the surgery changed. I went for a prescription for a mouth spray as I have a dry mouth due to my medication, and was asked why I don’t buy it over the counter even though boots had told me I had to ask the doctor for this. I told the same doctor I had bipolar disorder for him to say “oh have you” and then he told me not to bother going to see him just phone and speak to him don’t bother making an appointment. Another time I went to see the same delightful doctor who then said not to bother going to see him with anything related to mental health as he isn’t interested in mental health because he’s not a trained counsellor. Best move I made this year was moving from this surgery. You phone for an appointment and it’s like trying to book an appointment to speak to the queen, it would possibly be easier to get through to the queen than speak to a medical professional.
