"Real Care"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

I have just spent 5 days on Sheppard Ward. As on previous admissions I found the staff at all levels very dedicated and hard working. All patients are treated with utmost patience and real caring.

I have watched and heard how they address patients who are often disorientated or confused, and the staff are brilliant with all.

What also impressed me was the cooperation between all levels of staff who support each other and offer help to ensure a great service is given.

Nobody wants to be in hospital but if you have to be, Musgrove is a good place to have to be.
