"Even a cup of tea"

About: Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I had occasion to attend Queens Hospital XRay dept for a slightly complicated barium swallow xray. Being disabled this was a little daunting and I was feeling rather apprehensive. I needn't have worried, I was shown every kindness and courtesy by the department staff and they even made me a cup of tea at the end. Thank you very much.

Dear Reviewer

We are sorry to learn you had cause to attend the x-ray department here at the Trust but we are very pleased to learn that your visit was made less daunting and apprehensive thanks to our staff.

We have shared your compliments with the staff and they will be much appreciated.

Many thanks
