"In very safe hands"

I am under the care of the practice nurse and have felt (even after my very first visit) that i’m in the safest of hands - she had made a point of getting up to speed with my notes (which are a bit involved) so she could treat me accordingly. She has constantly gone above and beyond - following up appointments with a phone call to deliver results or to schedule further visits.

This nurse's approach is knowledgeable, informed and friendly - what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing : )

The surgery in general seems to run like clockwork even when faced with burgeoning numbers of patients in need.

We need to think ourselves lucky that this high level of care exists in the NHS even at a time when resources are maxed-out.
