"Terrible service in emergency department"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Accident and emergency

Went to A&E for a mental health related emergency. I was made to wait over two hours when I was in no rational state, the staff were incredibly stigmatising, their attitude toward mental health put the NHS to shame. A doctor stated directly to me that I was a 'time waster'. If I had a choice I would've have gone there. In the end I left because it was making me worse. Staff need to be educated on how to deal with mental health problems.
