I visited A&E this evening with my son who had a suspected broken wrist.
We arrived just before 5pm and visited the following areas:
A&E reception
Radiology
Children’s A&E
Triage
Urgent treatment
We were seen, treated (for a broken wrist) and home in just over an hour! Excellent service from helpful and knowledgeable staff, who took the time to speak to my son, involve him in the process and make this a truly positive experience.
