"Most appalling service ever"

Went in last week and the girl at reception was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I wanted to register with them and Instead of telling me that I couldn't politely and the reasons why. She doesn't make eye contact with me, is fiddling with prescription papers and rudely asks where I'm coming from (Manchester btw) and how she can't help. I have never felt so insulted. All she had to do was look at me, acknowledge me and answer my questions. There was no need for her behaviour and for a nurse as Well? What ever happened to duty of care and compassion? Despicable. You won't catch me back there ever again. Even if I'm dying I'll go to A&E thanks.
