"Near to impossible to get an appointment."

Trying to get an appointment with the doctors at this surgery is very difficult. Appointments can only be booked at 8 o'clock in the morning and by the time you finally get through to the receptionist, all appointments are taken so you're told to ring back the following day at 8 o'clock and the cycle goes on and on.

I wasted more that an hour trying to get through just to be told to ring back tomorrow. I rang 77 times continuously and cried myself to sleep after this impossible task. What's worse is that the waiting room is always empty with an exception of one or two people every time I've been.

On the plus side the doctors are usually kind and friendly but I'm sure majority of other doctors working in other surgeries are kind and friendly too. Having a nice doctor doesn't even matter if you aren't able to see them anyway.

Overall I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and I have researched other surgeries which have much better ratings in all aspects in comparison to the Brewery lane and Sidings surgery.

I wouldn't even recommend this surgery for my enemies coz even they deserve to be seen by a doctor when unwell.
