I was experiencing difficulties with my "gynae" appointments- lack of continuity, communication etc etc. I had become pretty stressed/distressed to say the least. However, the PALS service picked this up and two members of staff have been so helpful and lovely in 'sorting' this - mention too should go to the Gynae Secretary who must be under a lot of pressure just now. Thank you for kind and sensitive help.
