"Good product but poor customer relations"

Recommended by the NHS for laser hair removal due to polycystic ovaries and folliculitis. However due to not being 'mentally affected' by the condition had to pay privately which I accepted.

Saved for over 2 years for the treatment and had my consultation in January. Paid £2500 for 2 courses of 8 treatments.

Cant fault in any way what they do. The laser does exactly what it says and I could see the difference within days.

However, for a company that seems to enjoy asking for positive reviews at every stage (probably had over 5 review requests in the past 6 weeks), they are a little insensitive at times.

Firstly, I quickly discovered that if I had waited only 12 days longer for my consultation, my treatment would have been £1000 cheaper! Massively upsetting. Enquired to see if there was any way I could jump in on the deal (not get money back but maybe add an extra treatment or be allowed to add more treatment at the 40% deal) but was told that wasn't possible. So massive hint to all. Wait for the 40% off deal (if not better) because it exists! From what I've now seem you can now get a fully body for less than £2k.

Also, it might not bother many, but it was a little off putting for me. If you get treatment on your groin, you're made to sit for the entire length of you treatment with no covering. Little uncomfortable when it could be a couple of hours. was never offered a cover up at any point.
