"Not fit for purpose"

I have never had cause to complain about this centre before the change in management.The receptionist are simply jobsworth whose main purpose seem to be to fob you off with the intention of never getting you to see the GP.

There is no thinking on their feet.If you make an out of the ordinary request such a letter its almost as if you are confusing them beyond words.Ridiculous. how little they are able to think initiatively.

The GPs seem little better.A few weeks ago my son was excluded from school because of a skin rash.Having made an emergency appointment the excellent GP refused to give even a tentative diagnosis stating that it was unspecified rash. The cherry on this cake was when he informed me the school had to make the call about the rash.The next day I took him to A&E at Basildon and a super efficient locum doctor diagnosed and offered very effective treatment.Five thumbs down for this practice
