(as the patient),

I'm not a regular patient but each time I do need to see a doctor I manage to get an appointment at Heatherside GP Practice within 24 hours at the most and that is pretty amazing service. The doctors are always (bar a single bad experience with a locum) fantastic. NHS at it's best.

I can't think of any improvements to the services I make use of.
