"Unable to access at all"

I have called twice this week to make an appointment, the first time I called for an appointment this/next week to fit it around work, they advised me that I coudbt have an appointment and to call back at 8am on Tuesday.

I then called at 08:01am as per the receptionist’s advice, for an appointment on the day (I would be prepared to tell work I was leaving early) and it turned out all the appointments had gone as the phones opened at 7.30am not 8am. I am extremely frustrated at how inaccessible this surgery is, I am now going to register with another GP practice where I can actually be seen.
