"Tonsillectomy in Day Surgery"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / General surgery

I spent the 12.02.2018 in the Day Surgery unit having a Tonsillectomy. I was very nervous but every Nurse and Doctor was extremely caring and helped to put me at ease. You could tell the staff were very busy but they still checked on me and made sure I was comfortable following the surgery. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions answered. I was very impressed and found the Day Surgery unit to be top quality. Well done to all the staff.
