Trying to get an appointment is terrible.
When you get to see the doctor the service is very good.
I think really there is a training issue with the reception staff especially when dealing with people over the telephone and depending on the staff member face to face communication.
We are told that if you find a lump go to see your doctor so you try to to be told go to the Walk In.
Follow their instructions and Walk In recommend that you are referred for tests.
This does not happen so you ring to explain your situation and the staff are rude..... Not good service in my opinion.
