"Care given to relative"

About: Renal (Kidney) Medicine & Dialysis

(as a relative),

My father -in - law was in Ward 2D for 2 weeks in November before he passed away. The care he received form all nursing & medical staff, auxiliaries & domestics was caring, empathetic & very patient centred. Alongside his care we as a family were also shown the same level of  care the whole time.     Special thanks to Helen staff nurse - a gem!

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
