Our 3-year son had grommets fitted just over 11 weeks ago. The communication prior to the admission was good. When we arrived on the morning of the operation and the staff were incredible. Even though Tim is only 3 they sat and explained the operation to him through pictures. Everything was calm and ordered.
He went to theatre and returned, all the way through this time the staff kept us informed and up to date with what was happening also what to expect next.
The day was made as stress-free and easy as it could be.
