"Not satisfied with the nursing staff"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees / General medicine

My auntie is in ward 36 at the present time and I have found the staff very unhelpful!

I asked one nurse why my auntie seemed confused, she turned round and said ask the other nurse, who spoke poor English, her reply was I have just come on duty.

Where has the care gone? We also noticed a sheet has been under her bed for the last 3 days and a dirty nightie rolled up and left on the cupboard, not put in a bag!

I feel deeply concerned for her welfare in leaving her there.
