from when my family called 999 to ambulance arriving time was about 5 mins, treatment was started as soon as i was in ambulance and we were at university college hospital London in no more that 10 mins, no waiting in A&E treatment started as soon as we arrived once i was stable i was taken to T1 bed 17 i can not fault the NHS, and all the services and the time i spent on the ward T1 was fantastic all the staff could not have beed more helpful, one member of staff was fantastic funny and could not do enough to make me feel more comfortable, the whole team there were great i was taken to St Barts to have operation and ended up with a stent fitted ,again St Barts were fantastic while i was there. i can not thank the hospital staff at both hospitals enough they saved my life , my only disappointment was the transport from the two hospitals via G4S a lot of time wasted in calls to find out why they were not where they were meant to be, time nurses could have been doing other things much more important than chasing transport .
