"Friendly, professional staff at all levels"

I have a long history with the Charles Clifford hospital and how things have changed since my first visit around 1999. Back then I dreaded returning for a check up following a deep clean, as the staff had made no attempt to put me at ease or explain procedures and were very aloof.

My visits over recent years have been so different with everyone in all departments being friendly and focused on making people feel relaxed, being clear, thorough and open about what to expect.

The doctors are sometimes training, as are the nurses, but I always feel in capable hands.

I recommend anyone who is referred to this hospital to go to their appointment feeling really positive about it, it was almost a pleasure to be there!
