"Badly managed unsafe at times"

I have just spent 3weeks on juniper ward. I will never go back no matter how ill i become in the future.

The staff do not talk to each other so there is no continuity of care. And worse still they dont up date you on your own care plan!! So you go from day to day without knowing if you can leave soon. The slightest whiff that you might want to go for a coffee at the on site coffee shop and they section you. An otherwise informal patient. My mental health problem is not a major problem so god knows how they treat the very vunrable. I saw a large man kick a young woman on the ward. And nothing was done! Awful awful awful i have nightmares!
