"My Stay in A & E"

I am writing to praise the A & E department where I was taken by E of E Paramedics on Friday 26/01/18 after several days of feeling very unwell and fainting for the second time in a matter of two days. I would like to thank all the staff from the Porters to, Nursing Assistants, Nurses and the Doctor that all took such good care of me. I had lots of tests, including a head scan, when I had hit my head during the first faint, and ended up on a saline drip which really did make me feel so much better. Now I am almost fully recovered from what was diagnosed by the Doctor attending me as a virus, I felt I must write to thank everybody who took care of me and gave my husband & I such reassurance after what had happened. People run down our NHS, but in my recent experience, where I was seen almost immediately and received nothing but the best attention, I couldn't praise it more. Thank you again for the wonderful service you all provide to the public. I have written separately to the East of England Ambulance Service, who were also marvellous. Very best wishes Linda Barrett
