What I liked
The staff on the McGill Unit, including the ward clerk showed exceptional kindness, care and professionalism to my aunt and her family during her very brief time at the hospital.
The Bereavement Office/mortuary and the receptionist on duty on Sunday when we came to view my aunt’s body were also extremely helpful.
