"Avoid as the management are as bad as the..."

The management are not as true as they tell you the minute your back is turned they will try anything that will protect there easy jobs and tell you its for the best help for you ? and the therapists are just the same

.Even if you make very rational arguments for not wanting any of you medical information shared they will try there hardest to share and just tell you its in your best interest, which will led to a breakdown of trust.

Now the pals department what a waste of nhs money, there hands are tied and they don't want to lose there easy jobs either. .

I am sorry that you have had a bad experience of West Essex IAPT services and that you feel the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a waste of time.
