"They don't ansa the fone"

About: Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust

I foned the Emotional Wellbeing Service on 3 occasions last week. I left the fone ring for up 12 times. No-one bothered to ansa the fone. What's the point of having a counselling service if no-one picks the damn fone up? I gave up and have opted for private counselling. They should re-call it the 'We don't give a damn about patients service.'
