Visited with my 11 year old daughter. Our appointment was on time.

She was examined by a dental student, observed by a prospective dental student.

She was also examined by a registrar and finally by the consultant.

This is everything you would want and expect from a teaching hospital, and with each of these interactions she was dealt with in a friendly professional manner.

I felt we were both listened to and our desired outcomes, and concerns, were discussed.

While we were having photographs taken the medical consultant and surgical consultant had quickly discussed her case and by the time we had returned a proposed plan of action had been set out.

I felt the whole experience ran smoothly and was very joined-up. Thank you and well done.
