"Horrible"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Some people here should not be working in the health sector they have an aggressive temperament towards patients. Staff are very illinformed and don't refer to patients notes I have a slight speech impediment and felt like I was treated like a drunk which is bad in two ways 1st not referring to MY notes and 2nd your treatment of mental health of alcohol abuse.

In future I will suffer at home when sick "out of hours" and seek the excellent health care from my GP or travel to South Yorkshire where care of patients comes natural to those working in the NHS.

I am really sorry to read of your experience.

From what you have described, it is not what we would want anyone to experience when using our services.

It is disappointing to read how staff made you felt which goes completely against the values of the Trust.
