This is not our first visit to Tameside Hospital, (my husband is the patient), we were at the Nephrology Clinic, the appointment time was 13.30, we always arrive early in case there's a problem with parking.
We arrived on the hospital car park at 12.37, I know it's early but went into the hospital (it was warmer than waiting in the car), we registered with the receptionist, waited a short time, we were called into the first consultancy, weight, blood pressure. Waited again for a short time, called in to see Dr. Joanne, she went into EVERYTHING with him, she sent him to do a blood test and we were back in the car at 13.15, we were going back into our house at 13.35.
This is not the first time this has happened, and the staff are wonderful!
It makes my blood boil when I hear all the derogatory remarks about Tameside, I know you take as you find but we have nothing but praise for them.
