"High quality, patient focused care"

Having been a patient of this surgery for four years, I am amazed at the level of service provided by GP’s, and practice staff compared to my previous GP surgery. The staff have high standards of patient care, you always feel welcome (and never made to feel like an inconvenience) and your concerns will always be listened too and decisions about your care will be made jointly, between you and the GP, so you have a say in how you would like to be treated. Staff have helped immensely with treatment for health conditions. I can’t fault the surgery, as you are always placed at the centre for all health treatment decisions.

Patient care and overall respect is also of a very high standard.
