"Getting Very Frustrated"

About: Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

My husband went in for a biopsy middle of January.

The care and the procedure was of a very high standard.

We cannot have more praise.

BUT

It is now over 2 weeks after the biopsy and we still have not heard anything.

We have tried to call the hospital for 3 days and have yet spoke to anyone.

we are just being passed around to different secretaries and all the phones go onto voicemail and no one rings back.

Please please can someone call us!!!
