I had to take my daughter to the urgent care centre following a call to NHS 111, I arrived at whipps cross the staff took down by details. They were polite and were interacting with my 7 year old which was nice to see, allowed her to not be worried.

We were called into the doctor after a 45minute wait which was very quick considering how long we have had to wait in the past.

The doctor was calm, listened to all our concerns, reassured us and offered the correct medication.

My daughter was not distressed or tired as the whole service was efficient and so pleasant.

Thank you to all the staff who worked at whipps cross A&E urgent care centre on the 08.02.2018 at around 8 o' clock. Your doing an amazing job, we really appreciate all your help and support.
