"Pleasant experience"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I had a mole removed at the Ambulatory Care unit yesterday, I was treated by David and Angela who were both very welcoming. I wasn't sure of the procedure, they explained it all to me, this helped to calm my nerves and relax, They both had a bit of banter going on which helped to ease the tension in me, their approach made the experience pleasant.

Dear octanshp47

Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback with us, it is really reassuring that we made you feel welcome and relaxed during your procedure. It can be quite a daunting experience coming to hospital, it must have been quite a relief for you having staff that were able to help you relax and explain everything.

I have shared your feedback with the David and Angela who pass on their thanks and hope that you have made a fully recovery.

Kindest regards

Pauline
