"Poor Communication"

I went to my GP surgery for my blood results, I did meet a new GP at my Surgery whom I discussed my results with but the conversation wasn’t that good because I felt the GP was not listening to me but was telling me what he wanted me to hear, the GP himself noted that I was frustrated but he thought the frustration was from the diagnosis that he was trying to explain to me, hence it was that he was not giving me a chance to speak. I even told my wife when I got home about how I felt about the GP. It did not end there, after five days from seeing the GP I got a letter asking me to call my Surgery to arrange an appointment to see a GP to discuss my blood results, Guess who did I see? The same GP and he still remembered me and he was surprised why a letter was sent to me when he did discuss my blood results and a referral letter had already been issued. 

POOR and BAD COMMUNICATION!!!!
