About: Wansbeck Hospital

Visited the hospital recently ( 7th February) because I had an ankle injury, not a local resident so not registered with a doctor locally. I was seen punctually, treated in a professional and friendly manner by everyone I encountered, was x-rayed before diagnosis, turned out to be damaged tendons.

The NHS, especially A&E, are getting a bad press at the moment (through no fault of their own), but I found my treatment to be exemplary. Thank you.
