"Really helpful and supportive"

I was initially referred to Health in Mind regarding anxiety and was later referred to the OCD Clinic. Everybody I was treated by were really professional and supportive. I was always given the chance to have an input into what I wanted to cover and focus on and how far I was willing to push myself each week. All treatments and methods used were explained to me fully and I was always aware of not only what I was doing, but why it was important. I really recommend this service.
