Mum was having trouble breathing. The paramedics arrived very quickly and started managing her symptoms immediately. They transported Mum to Macc Hospital and her breathing was made easier in Resus by the very competent and efficient Staff there throughout the day. The Paramedics called in to see if Mum was ok later in the day when she was in Resus. This was very kind and thoughtful.
When she was moved to MAU, the Staff there were very caring, friendly, cheerful and efficient. We cannot praise and thank them enough. Even though Mum was very poorly, she felt that she was getting the very best of care and all the Staff made her stay much less frightening and very comfortable.
Once again a very big Thank you to all the Staff from Mum and her family.
"Mum's care was excellent throughout."
