Attended to give some moral support to my elderly Mother during a recent consultation and I'm glad I did. I Found myself shocked at the rudeness of the receptionist on the front desk who repeatedly spoke over my Mother when she was asking for assistance. This is not what i expect of any hospital, least of a private hospital that has charged just under £300 for the consultation and an injection. No consideration given for the fact she was shaken after the injection, or the fact is she is mostly deaf. It angers me to think how this would have left my Mother feeling and was further compounded when i made a follow up call a few days later and had to ask the receptionist to refrain from speaking over me while i was trying to explain my enquiry.
