I wasn’t amazed by my experience, the midwife appointments I founded unorganised, some of the ladies are great and really went extra mile to ensure that you feel informed and supported during pregnancy, unfortunately that was just a few of them, most of them he ones I come cross they didn’t.
Dulwich parental class, confusing information and a waste of time.
Scans, they were professional and get the relevant ch cls done, I didn’t have any issue with them
Maternity assessment unit, generally speaking they were great, despite the long waiting and a few doctors that weren’t really too helpful. Overall great.
Labour ward, on my case everything went so quick that when I reported I was on great pain I was told that it was nothing and given paracetamol without being check...1 hour late I was holding my little one. During the actual labour the midwife who supported me during labour was amazing.
Postnatal ward, a nightmare. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff, from midwife to breastfeeding supporters. Really bad experience.
Postnatal visitors, I didn’t find the point m, two out the three occasions the ladies were rushing the things to leave. So again no information,no support...
