"Light at the end of the tunnel"

About: Torbay Hospital

After a traumatic few months following my accident and all the stresses and financial worries, i have had my first extensive physiotherapy session today with a lovely member of staff.

I live on my own and people really dont know what people go through both physically and emotionally when their lives are turned upside down, unless they have gone through it themselves.

As for Crutches well i could write a book about them not the easiest of devices!!

I had been worried about what to expect for a few days now but i could not of asked for more.

This member of staff was definitely just what the Doctor ordered she not only put my mind at rest she was caring and for probably the first time in ages i actually had hope and left with a smile on my face.

She not only checked my ankle out thoroughly she went through every exercise with me, and afterwards printed out and went over again what my exercises were .

I want to thank Torbay hospital for giving me such a lovely professional physiotherapist. Also just wanted to thank Natalie who went out of her way to take me to the physio department.

Must go now got exercises to do. thank you
