"Couldn’t have asked for anything better!"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent / Maternity care

So I was referrered by my midwife to go to the MAU due to high blood pressure and I was quickly seen and was told I had pre eclampsia at 36 weeks, I was put on drips and all sorts of medication and was induced that night and had my gorgeous girl the next day.

Th support from the midwives, doctors and anethatists were amazing and I couldn’t fault them.

I was quite poorly and they constantly made sure I was okay and doing everything they could to make me better even if at the time it caused me pain.

They really went above and beyond for me and my baby and I can’t thank them enough for everything that they have done, I had to stay in hospital from Wednesday afternoon until Monday afternoon and the whole time they were just amazing and so caring.

I 100% recommend the maternity ward, delivery suite, everyone in that field as I honestly cannot fault them and I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me. It was a traumatic time for me but they made me feel at ease.

Thank you so much.
