when you go into hosp it is always a worrying time so it is important that the staff are caring so that your stay is as good as can be in any hosp ..In

Bournemouth hosp you get just that big smiles caring staff and are there for you when you need them the most ..I have COPD so

I have visit Bournemouth hosp many times over the past few years and all I can say is keep it up Bournemouth

Thank you for your feedback and praise of the staff in Respiratory Medicine who look after you when you are in need of their care.

As you say it can be very worrying coming in to hospital and to have caring staff who understand your worries and fears can go such a long way, even making a stay in hospital enjoyable with the right amount of humour to lift you up when you are feeling down.

We will share your comments with the ward as they always appreciate patient feedback.
