About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

We arrived at 2300and on our way home by 0020 despite warning of 2-2.5 hour wait. The triage nurse was brilliant and reassuring. The staff on duty were working as fast as they could and the waiting room population diminished rapidly.

A&E was busy but thanks to the staff we were seen quickly as were other waiting patients. Time of waiting was lower than expected - thank you

It was very pleasing to learn that you were more than satisfied with the care that you received and the speed in which it was delivered.

As you witnessed, our A&E is very busy and our staff do work very hard and I know they will be very happy to learn that their hard work has not gone unnoticed.
